Capital Credit Refund Request (if applicable)

By agreeing to the terms listed here, I am requesting that Beltrami Electric Cooperative would return any Capital Credits to me in the form of a credit against my monthly electric bill.  I understand that this request will remain active until such time that I notify Beltrami Electric to refund my capital credits in the form of a bank drawn check.
