Touchstone Energy® Open Golf Tourney

This annual event is one of the single largest fundraisers for the United Way of Bemidji. Held in August each year at Castle Highland's Golf Course, north of Bemidji.  This event has raised more than $143,500 for the United Way since its inception in 2005.

Beltrami Electric's Multi-Vendor Indoor Garage Sale

This event is held annually, the first Saturday in May, features more than 90 vendor booths, concessions and access to new and used merchandise. This event is Beltrami Electric's second largest fundraisers for the United Way of Bemidji Area.

Mitten Tree

Beltrami Electric Cooperative collects donations of NEW and HOMEMADE mittens, gloves, hats and mittens each year to distribute to more than 700 children in Head Start/ECFE programs within our service area.

Project GreenTouch

Beltrami Electric Cooperative hosts this annual event in May at Lake Bemidji State Park.  Volunteers help prepare the park for its upcoming season by raking leaves, cleaning roadside ditches, picking up large stick and branches and more. Everyone is welcome!

Operation Round Up®

This voluntary program gives members a means of working together to use their small change to make a big difference in our community.  Participating members allow their electric bills to be rounded up to the next highest dollar amount, with the change going into a separate Trust account. The average member donation is around fifty cents a month or six dollars per year.

Beltrami Electric Cooperative annually recognizes a nonprofit group or organization that has shown a strong commitment to their community.  Applications are available in September-October for organizations within the area served by Beltrami Elecric Cooperative.
