2026 District Meetings: Your Voice. Your Co-op.

District meetings will be held this June in Districts 2, 4, and 6 for members in areas with directors up for reelection. These meetings are where important co-op business begins, including the nomination of director candidates.

Why attend?
This is your opportunity to have a direct say in who represents your district and helps guide your cooperative's future. From reliability to new technology and member services, the decisions start here.

What to expect:

  • Nomination of qualified director candidates from your district
  • Members in that district will vote to determine the top two candidates for the August general election ballot
  • A chance to stay informed and connect with your co-op

Thinking about running?
Members interested in serving on the Board of Directors must submit a completed candidate packet at least five (5) business days before their district meeting. This allows the Cooperative to verify eligibility.

To request a candidate packet or learn more, contact our office at (218) 444-2540.

Make it count.
District meetings are a simple way to be involved, and your participation helps ensure the co-op continues to reflect the needs of all members, including the next generation.

Check the meeting details below to find your location and plan to attend.
